Empowered Women - Early Detection Saves Lives

Overview

On 16th January 2026, the Rotary Club of New Gurgaon, in collaboration with Aarvy Healthcare and American Oncology Institute, successfully organized an Early Cancer Detection Camp at Aarvy Healthcare, Sector 90, Gurugram. The camp aimed to promote awareness and early diagnosis of breast and cervical cancer among women. A total of 18 cancer screening tests were conducted free of cost, including 8 mammography tests and 8 Pap smear tests, along with free medical consultations. The project was chaired by Rtn Dr. Vikram Singh and Dr. Reenu Singh, whose medical leadership ensured smooth execution and quality care. The initiative was graced by the presence of Rotary members including Rtn Piyush Mittal, Hon. Secretary, Rtn Kamal Luthra, Vice President, and Rtn Vanita Sakuja. This impactful project reaffirmed Rotary’s commitment to preventive healthcare and Service Above Self, empowering women through timely screening and awareness.
