Rotary New Gurgaon Leads Menstrual Hygiene Drive

Overview

On Sunday, 20th Sep 2025, Rotary Club of New Gurgaon organized an impactful Awareness Lecture on Menstrual Hygiene at the slum area of Sector 83, Gurgaon. The project was chaired by Rtn Vibha Airon and graced by Rotarians Rtn Mauli Bhatnagar, Rtn Amit Lath, Atul Verma, Rtn Rahul Agarwal, along with Mrs. Reena Verma and Mr. Aman Bhatnagar. President Rtn Rahul Agarwal introduced the Rotary team and Dr. Nehal Dhaduk from Aarvy Hospital, who conducted a meaningful session on women’s health, focusing on menstrual hygiene and breast cancer awareness. Dr. Nehal also offered free gynecology consultations to the women of the slum community. The Rotary team distributed sanitary pads to around 40 needy women, empowering them towards better hygiene practices. The Club extends heartfelt gratitude to Aarvy Healthcare, especially Dr. Vikram, Dr. Reinu and team, and to Dr. B.S. Yadav for providing clinic space to execute this noble initiative.
