In a heartwarming initiative for environmental protection and bird welfare, Rotary Club of New Gurgaon, in collaboration with Navkalp Foundation under the CSR initiative of Yamuna Auto, organized a mega citywide drive under the project “Daana Paani Nest.” As temperatures soar beyond 40°C, thousands of birds nearby struggle silently for survival. Lack of water and food leads to dehydration, fatigue, and even death during peak summers. In line with Rotary commitment to Service Above Self. More than 70 bird nests were installed across various sectors of Gurgaon, giving shelter and hope to countless birds during the harsh summer season. The project was inaugurated by Rotary District Admin Chair Rtn Dr Mandeep Kishore Goyal in the presence of Club President Rtn Rahul Agarwal, PP Rtn Dr Ram Kr Yadav, Mr Anil Arya, Founder of Navkalp Foundation, and senior officials of Yamuna Auto.
