29th March’ 2026: In a meaningful initiative to support girl child education, Rotary Club of New Gurgaon and Rotary Club of Faridabad Industrial Town distributed 22 bicycles to underprivileged girl students at the premises of KL Export Pvt Ltd, Sector 68, IMT Faridabad on March 29, 2026. The project was led by Rtn Rahul Agarwal, President of Rotary Club of New Gurgaon, and Rtn Saurabh Mittal, President of Rotary Club of Faridabad Industrial Town, with the encouragement of District Governor Rtn Dr. Ravinder Gugnani. The bicycles were provided to students from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, NIT-3 Faridabad, girls from slum areas of Sectors 81 and 82, and beneficiaries of Naya Savera NGO. The initiative aims to provide safe mobility to young girls, reduce their travel time to school, and empower them with confidence and uninterrupted access to education. Special appreciation was extended to Past President Rtn Reena Mathur for leading the project.
